1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion
1 pack Gnocchi
1 packet passata
1 tsp dried basil
1 ball of mozzarella
Slice the onion and chop the pepper into chunks.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and then fry the onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Add the passata and basil and cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and then cook the gnocchi according to the packets instructions.
Drain the gnocchi place in a baking dish pour over the tomato sauce and then top with sliced mozzarella.
Grill on a high heat for 3 minutes.
