baby led weaning - oat and raisin cookies

baby led weaning - oat and raisin cookies
These cookies were a hit with my 10 month old but unfortunately with my eldest and my hubby so they didn't hang around for long. You can always increase the quantities and freeze halve if you wanted.

50g Butter
40g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
30g plain flour
30 porridge oats
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
30g raisins chopped

Preheat the oven to 180c gas mark 4
Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Form into 10 balls and place on two baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool on the tins before lifting.

  3. I normally just use banana, oats and raisin. I suppose this would be a bit crunchier. They look great. Thank you for sharing with #Stayclassymama
