Quick pudding ideas - easy fruit jellies
I have said this many times when writing my blog, my family love a pudding. They will often be sat at the dining table after dinner expectantly looking at my for the next course. Sometimes, I don't have a lot of time to make desserts. So this is one that can be whipped up in the morning and left in the fridge ready to feed the hungry masses. 

All you need is a packet of vegetarian jelly, a small tub of mixed berries fresh or defrosted frozen ones, and some whipped cream.

  1. Make the jelly according to the packets instructions, different manufacturers use different amounts of liquids and pour into four glass dishes.
  2. Leave to cool slightly and add the mixed berries to each dish. This means they will stay in the middle rather than sinking to the bottom.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to set.
  4. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream.
