Who doesn't like to do a bit of Christmas crafting with the kids and when there is food involved it's all the more enjoyable. I must admit I do love the BBC good food magazine and eagerly await their Vegetarian Christmas magazine especially. I use their website a lot when preparing for cookery classes as the recipes are so easy to follow and always turn out as expected. When recently looking I found a great collection of Christmas gift ideas and these are my 10 favorite gifts to make with the kids. I can imagine some very happy family members when we turn up with these!
How cute is this Snow globe hot chocolate ! I'm not sure these will make their way away from our home, but would be so good on Christmas eve or for a Hot chocolate bar.
We always make Christmas cookies in the run up to the holiday. They are great to have on hand when you get unexpected visitors and they keep the kids happy for a least half an hour with the icing and decorating.
I have yet to have a go at cake pops, but these Christmas tree pops have caught my eye. I just need to find a stockist of vegetarian marshmellows.
Stained glass window biscuits have to be one of my favorite edible gifts. I'm also thinking about doing the same in my gingerbread house this year and putting a battery operated candle inside to make it glow.
Nutty chocolate crunch is on my to do list. My step dad will absolutely love it in his Christmas hamper and with the kids doing all the work, even better!
So, so cute! What more can I say about these reindeer cupcakes
Candy cane biscuits are a great way to use all those candy canes I seem to end up with.
But is you can't get enough of candy canes. Why not try making your own Peppermint candy canes . These are so easy and great fun to make. Even my adult Christmas crafts group enjoyed making these.
A box of these snowball truffles are bound to be a hit with any chocolate lover.
Finally why not try a Christmas twist on an old classic and whip up a batch of these festive jammy dodgers with the kids tonight?
