Gluten free No cook fudge recipe

This is definitely one for people with a sweet tooth. A great recipe to make with children as it is a no cook fudge. No boiling sugar and sugar thermometers to contend with. Packaged up it would make a great gift for teacher for the end of class.



Gluten free No cook fudge recipe

Ingredients
  • 200g butter softened
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 800g icing sugar

Method
  1. Place the softened butter in a large mixing bowl and beat in the condensed milk.
  2. Slowly add the icing sugar, beating well after each addition.
  3. Once all the icing sugar has been combined with the butter and condensed milk, spoon into a 23cm square tin.
  4. Press down with a back of a spoon to smooth it in the tin.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Once chilled cut into small squares.
  7. Pack into cellophane bags for gifts.
If kept chilled it will keep for up to two weeks.
