|Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting|
I’ve only recently discovered the delights of the American Red Velvet but I find it definitely suits this time of year. Intense dark and chocolaty it’s all I want in a cup cake now the weather has turned colder. And what a revelation cream cheese frosting is; like a heart attack on a cake it’s so moreish I couldn’t stop at one. Now it the time to put on an extra layer of fat for the winter, no one will see my tummy under a big jumper anyway!
