|Carrot tarte tatin|
I had another go at a recipe from ‘Vegetables from the Earth to the table’. It was for a lovely Carrot tarte tatin. The carrots were amazing, so sweet and tender. The only negative to the recipe was that it required much more puff pastry then I needed which resulted in a thick pastry bottom which was a little dense and far too filling. I would halve the pastry if I was to make the recipe again.
