|Gluten free Fruity creamy slaw recipe|
I don’t know if you have come across the sprializer trend yet, unless you are perhaps a gluten free eater like myself. I bought one after getting my diagnose as a coeliac and was looking for alternatives to the gluten free pasta and noodles which I had found so disappointing. This was the answer, not only can you make great noodle from it but it’s also great for making salads. This slaw was a real hit with my family and it’s low fat and nutritious. Bonus!

- Use the noodle attachment on your spiralizer and process the carrots and the beetroot into a large bowl. If you don’t have a spiralizer you can use a grater and get similar results.
