Banana and apricot smoothie recipe

This smoothie is like drinking pure nectar. A simple combo, but a great flavour punch, banana and apricot smoothie is just so good. This is one of my all time favourite smoothies when I’m craving something sweet.

To make the banana and apricot smoothie you will need:

  • 250ml Soya milk
  • Three fresh apricots
  • Two ripe bananas
  • A jug blender or smoothie maker.

  1. Measure the liquid and add to the jug blender.
  2. Chop the apricots in half and remove the stones.
  3. Add to the soya milk
  4. Peel and slice the bananas and place in the jug.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve and enjoy straight away.
For a cooler summer banana and apricot smoothie. Try using frozen banana coins instead.

  1. I so rarely see fresh apricots in the UK but I love eating them when I'm on holiday in France. My parents are there now so I'll have to see if they will bring some back – or if I can get some on my food order as I'm impatient!

  2. This looks fab! I tend to go crazy over smoothies then take a break for a few months! I love how this uses alternative milks though! My ultimate favourite smoothie though has to be Mixed Berry smoothie made with Apple Juice!
